These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Minutely, an AI-powered meeting assistant provided by QentrixAI (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Minutely connects to your calendar, detects upcoming meetings, joins them via an automated bot, and produces transcriptions and meeting minutes. You authorise each connection explicitly during the OAuth flow.
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You agree not to:
Minutely accesses your Google Calendar in read-only mode solely to identify and join meetings you have configured it to join. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to record and transcribe the meetings you configure Minutely to join. We store transcriptions for 90 days then delete them automatically.
The Minutely platform and its code are proprietary to QentrixAI. Meeting transcriptions generated from your meetings remain your data.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QentrixAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
